Sweet Potato Mantou
Found this recipe on the following website http://cookingcrave.blogspot.com/2009/05/sweet-potato-steamed-buns.html and thought I should try it....YUM!! Very soft and not very sweet...could be because of my sweet potato..heee...still have half a potato left...shall make more tomorrow...YUM YUM YUM!!
