Ingredients:
600g of pork ribs
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp rock sugar
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
3 tbsp of white vinegar
a dash of sesame oil
- Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, turn heat to high and stir until all the liquid has evaporated.
