Jayden has this weird or annoying habit (depends on how u look at it) of eating juicy fruits like watermelon or oranges or apples. He will bite a chunk, try to suck out the juice and then spit the much needed pulp/fiber out....ARGH...

My Okonomiyaki...

heeee....made Hokkaido style okonomiyaki on Saturday....how much fun issit???!! it's just great...we had the batter, cabbage, prawns, crabstick, chicken, noodles and not forgetting egg. I cooked the batter and added cabbage on top first (sans cabbage for me...that's why I lurve Hokkaido style as the Osaka one mixes everything together...veg + batter = BLEUGH), fried all the other ingredients seperately and last but not least..cracked an egg and layered everything on it really quickly...heeee...
