My aunt used to make this dish when I was little...easy and I keep the leftover sauce in the freezer to reuse... =0)...pork belly will of course be nicer...but trying to cut back on the fat...hee

Ingredients:
300g pork fillet or pork belly, sliced
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups of water
oil
  1. Saute garlic in oil until fragrant.
  2. Add pork and fry till pork is almost cooked.
  3. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sugar and fry until pork is cooked.
  4. Add water and bring it to a boil.
  5. Simmer until pork is tender, about an hour.
